I am a licensed therapist with certifications and advanced training in maternal mental health, infant care, and pediatric sleep coaching. I’m also a mother of two (formerly) tough sleepers, and, mama, I get it: there is nothing better than baby snuggles and toddler giggles, but it can be hard to fully enjoy the day-today when you’re exhausted and overwhelmed.
